About Me

I am passionate about self-care and the ability we have to change our brain (Neuroplasticity) through the purposeful behaviors we engage in.  I've been blessed to teach stress management to both undergraduate and graduate students at ASU as well as share it with  educators, health care professionals, veterans and first responders. This has led to the creation of this site as I have had many people ask me where they can find free resources.  Here you will find videos, meditations, tips and books that can help you create the joy, acceptance, mindfulness, self-awareness and engagement to live the life you were meant to live.
